Banks

The Settings > General settings > Banks menu enables you to display and access the banks where your companies have accounts. From this screen, you can:

  • Add a new bank
  • Display a bank
  • Edit a bank
  • Delete a bank

Adding a new bank

Prerequisites: You must have the Create, Modify & Delete right on banks in the Users and Rights > User administration > Users menu.

  1. Select Settings > General settings > Banks.
  2. Click on + Add new bank.
  3. In the Bank name field, enter the name of your bank.
  4. In the Bank country drop-down list, select the country in which the bank is situated.
  5. If you wish, you can complete the fields of the screen. We recommend that you fill in the other sections, if possible, to ensure a good communication with banking institutions.
    Note: If you enter, for example, the bank's website address in the Bank Url field, you will be redirected to your bank's website once your remittance has been downloaded from the Payments module. You will then be able to import and send your transfer remittance quickly to your bank.
    Reminder: Click on the buttons at the right hand corner of a section to expand or collapse it.
  6. Click on Save. The created bank is displayed in a table in the Banks screen.

Displaying a bank

Prerequisites: You must have the following rights in the Users and Rights > User administration > Users menu:

  • Create, Modify & Delete right on accounts
  • Display right on accounts

The Banks screen displays all the banks already created. To find the bank you wish to display, proceed as follows:

  1. Select Settings > General settings > Banks.
  2. Enter the bank name in the search bar at the top of the screen, then click on . A results table is displayed. To find quickly a bank in the table, you can filter the table by changing the sort order of a column. To do so, click on its header.
  3. Click on the line of the desired bank to display its information in the Edit bank screen.

Editing a bank

Prerequisites: You must have the following rights in the Users and Rights > User administration > Users menu:

  • Create, Modify & Delete right on accounts
  • Display right on accounts
  1. Select Settings > General settings > Banks.
  2. Display the information of the bank you wish to modify in the Edit bank screen. To do so, follow the Display a bank procedure.
  3. Enter or modify the desired information, then click on Save.

Deleting a bank

Prerequisites: You must have the following rights in the Users and Rights > User administration > Users menu:

  • Create, Modify & Delete right on accounts
  • Display right on accounts
  1. Select Settings > General settings > Banks.
  2. Enter the bank name in the search bar at the top of the screen, then click on . A results table is displayed. To find quickly a bank in the table, you can filter the table by changing the sort order of a column. To do so, click on its header.
  3. Perform one of the following actions in the bank table:
  • Click on  of the corresponding line, then confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete in the displayed window.
  • On the desired bank line:
    1. Click on the bank. The bank is displayed in the Edit bank screen.
    2. Click Delete at the top of the screen. The Confirm bank deletion window is displayed.
    3. Click on Delete to confirm the deletion.
