Searching for a remittance

Prerequisite: Refer to Terminology, Prerequisite and Rights

  1. Select Direct debits > Searches > Remittances follow-up.
  2. Define the desired search fields.
  3. Click on Display. The remittances corresponding to your search criteria and that you have the right to display are listed in a result table.
  4. To view the details of a remittance and its orders, click on it in the table. The Remittance information screen is displayed.
  5. To view the details of an order, click on it in the table.

Searching for orders whose remittance has been downloaded

Prerequisite: Refer to Terminology, Prerequisite and Rights.

  1. Select Direct debits > Searches > Direct debits history
  2. Define the desired search fields.
  3. Click on Display. The orders corresponding to your search criteria are listed in a result table.
  4. If you wish, you can:
    • Export this results table:
      • To export this table in a PDF format, click on .
      • To export this table in a XLS format, click on .

        Your browser offers you to open the file or to save it. Make your choice then click on OK.
    • View the details of an order. Click on it in the table. The order is displayed in the Order information screen.

Copying a remittance in a template

Prerequisite: Refer to Terminology, Prerequisite and Rights.

This procedure will enable you to create quickly a remittance template from an existing remittance. The remittance template information is initialized with the copied remittance and its orders, and can be modified. Any existing remittance can be copied into a template.

  1. Display the remittance you wish to copy in the Remittance information screen. To do so, follow the Search for a remittance procedure.
  2. Click on Copy into template. A drop-down list is displayed.
  3. In the drop-down list, indicate how the amounts of the orders should be defined in the remittance template:
    • With amounts set to zero
    • With same amounts as the copied remittance

      The Enter remittance template information screen is displayed.
  4. You can add or modify the remittance template information.
  5. Click on Save to save your remittance template.

Printing a remittance confirmation note

This procedure enables you to print the confirmation note of a downloaded remittance in order to keep it in your archives.

Prerequisite: Refer to Terminology, Prerequisite and Rights.

  1. Ensure that the remittance you wish to print is displayed in the Remittance information screen. Otherwise, proceed as follows:
    1. Select Direct debits > Searches > Remittances follow-up.
    2. Search then display the remittance whose confirmation note you wish to print.
    3. In the table, click on the desired remittance. It is displayed in the Remittance information screen.
  2. Click on Print confirmation at the top of the screen:
    • Click on Simplified to print a simplified confirmation note that contains only the remittance information.
    • Click on Detailed to print a detailed confirmation note that contains the information of the remittance as well as the information of its orders.
  3. Your browser offers you to open the file or to save it. Make your choice then click on OK.

Printing transaction notifications

This procedure enables you to download and print transaction notices of a given remittance.

Prerequisites:

  1. Select Direct debits > Searches > Remittances follow-up.
  2. Search for the remittance for which you wish to print the transaction notification. To do so, define the desired search fields then click on Display. The downloaded remittances corresponding to your search criteria and that you have rights to display are listed in a result table.
  3. Click on the remittance. The remittance is displayed in the Remittance information screen.
  4. Click on Send notifications at the top of the screen.
  5. In the drop-down list, select the desired option:
    • Print for all debtors
    • Print only for debtors without email address: Enables you to print the transaction notification only for the debtors of the remittance whose email address is not indicated in Iziago.
  6. Your browser asks you to either open the file or save it. Make your choice and click on OK.
  7. You can print the file to archive it or send it to the debtors by mail.

Sending transaction notifications by email

This procedure enables you to send transaction notices of a given remittance by email.

Prerequisites:

  1. Select Direct debits > Searches > Remittances follow-up.
  2. Search for the remittance for which you wish to print the transaction notification. To do so, define the desired search fields then click on Display. The downloaded remittances corresponding to your search criteria and that you have rights to display are listed in a result table.
  3. Click on the remittance. The remittance is displayed in the Remittance information screen.
  4. Click on Send notifications at the top of the screen.
  5. In the drop-down list, select Send by email. A table with the debtors of the remittance and their email addresses is displayed in the Send transaction notifications screen.
  6. Select the debtors to whom you wish to send the transaction notification. You can select all debtors by selecting the checkbox in the table header.
    Note: If you select the Display only debtors who have not received an email option, the debtors for whom you have already sent a notification by email will not be displayed.
  7. You can either enter or modify the debtors' email addresses.
    Note: Iziago automatically records in the database the entered e-mail addresses.
  8. Click on Send. The sending status is actualized and displays "In progress", then "Sent" when the debtors receive the transaction notice by email in PDF format.
    Note: You can send the transaction notification to a debtor several times if, for example, the entered mail address was wrong.

Resume entry of a remittance with the "Downloaded" status

If, for example, you encounter a problem when depositing a direct debit remittance in your bank and you need to retrieve the file, you can resume entering this remittance with the "Downloaded" status.

Prerequisites: Refer to Terminology, Prerequisite and Rights.

  1. Select Direct debits > Searches > Remittances follow-up.
  2. Search for the remittance you wish to retrieve. To do so, enter the desired search fields and click on Display.
  3. Click on the desired remittance. The remittance is displayed in the Remittance information screen.
  4. Click on Cancel "Downloaded" status.
  5. In the Confirm cancellation window, confirm the cancellation. The status of the remittance in the Direct debits > Searches > Follow up remittances > Remittance information menu changes to "Edition". You can modify the remittance again in the Direct Debits > Remittances > SEPA direct debits menu.
