The Settings module enables you to configure your Iziago environment, making you able to manage transactions. Its menu consists of:
- General settings, to manage:
- Companies, accounts, banks and shareholders (essential to create transactions)
- Exchange rates, to use currency conversion on balances
- Non-working days calendars, to forecast your bank constraints on payment deadlines
- Preferences, to customize modules' interfaces
- Groups of accounts, to access the features of your group's structure
- Treasury codification, to manage:
- Budgetary and transaction codes, to tag the different transactions. It gives you access to advanced reports on your inflows and outflows
- Value date banking term profiles, to forecast your bank constraints on payment deadlines
This module only requires a valid Iziago's account. It is one of the basic modules with Home, Subscription and Users and rights.
Rights
- Displaying objects in the Settings module requires the appropriate Display rights defined by the administrator
- Creating and editing objects in the Settings module require the appropriate Create, Modify & Delete rights defined by the administrator
